FAQ’s

    • We have lines during peak times (6 PM - 8 PM), but we keep our wait times to under an hour. There is usually no wait between 4 and 6 on weekdays, or after 8 pm. Saturdays are our busiest days, so please plan on being here as close to 4 p.m as possible for the shortest wait time.

    • On Sundays, we only serve our brunch menu, featuring breakfast tacos, house cured pastrami & ham, and our world famous cinnamon rolls.

    • We are a small restaurant, and we smoke our meats fresh daily, so popular items do run out during the night. We cook 7 different types of proteins daily, so there will be something for you guys, no matter what time you visit. We rarely run out of food altogether.

    • Our service is Texas style - meaning, you walk up to our counter, and order your meat and side tray from our incredibly welcoming staff. After getting your meat tray, you find a seat in the dining room, our covered patio, or our picnic tables!

    • We ask everyone to order and purchase their food before you seat yourself at a table. If you need assistance finding a spot, we have crew members in the dining areas that will help you find a seat

    • If someone in your group needs assistance or needs seating before you have ordered food, please reach out to one of our crew members.

    • Seating at the bar is first come first serve. Our bartenders can take both your food and drink order. If there is no seating at the bar, please go to the main line to order food from our meat counter.

    • Due to occupancy limits, we do not allow waiting around in the bar area for a seat to open up.
